M3 Pubcrawl ("we", "our", "the app") is a social pub crawl game based on the Copenhagen Metro M3 Cityringen line, developed by Site2U. The app is distributed via Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to identify your device. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identifiers. A random anonymous ID is assigned to your device.
You enter a display name when joining a game. This name is only visible to other players in the same game session.
During a game we store information about the game session, selected metro stations, chosen cafés/bars, player progress and history. This data is linked to your anonymous ID only.
The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may access device-level advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device's privacy settings.
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple App Store (on iOS) and Google Play Store (on Android). Purchase receipts and your credit balance are stored on your device and/or in Firebase linked to your anonymous ID. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.
Game data is stored in Firebase for as long as the game session and associated history are active. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
M3 Pubcrawl is intended for adult users of legal drinking age. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app uses anonymous authentication and does not require account creation.
